Welcome to R&T Landscape Services. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and constitute a binding agreement between you (the "Client") and R&T Landscape Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

R&T Landscape Services provides landscaping, tree removal, trimming, and related services as described in your estimate or service agreement. Specific details, including timelines, costs, and scope, will be outlined in the estimate provided prior to the commencement of work.

2. Estimates and Payments

2.1 Estimates

• All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

• Any additional work outside the scope of the original estimate may result in additional charges.

2.2 Payments

• Payment is required after the job is done.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Access

• The Client must provide clear and safe access to the property and any areas where work will be performed.

3.2 Utilities and Property Features

• The Client must inform the Company of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or property features that may be impacted by the work.

• The Company is not liable for damages to undisclosed or improperly marked utilities or property features.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

4.1 Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

4.2 Rescheduling

• Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability.

5. Warranties and Disclaimers

5.1 Workmanship Warranty

• We offer a 7 days warranty on workmanship for landscaping services.

• Tree services are not covered under warranty due to the natural variability of trees and environmental factors.

5.2 Limitations

• The Company is not responsible for damage caused by unforeseen events, including but not limited to weather conditions, acts of nature, or third-party actions.

6. Liability

6.1 Insurance

• The Company is fully insured for liability and workers' compensation.

6.2 Indemnification

• The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client’s failure to disclose relevant property conditions or from misuse of the property post-service.

7. Termination

• The Company reserves the right to terminate the service agreement if the Client breaches these Terms or if unforeseen circumstances prevent the completion of the work.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws.

10. Amendments

• The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
